For all of you who want to know how to achieve this look… here is a little 411 from Amy Clarke!
Amy, what was the inspiration you were going for with this 70’s glam themed photo shoot?
For this shoot I was inspired by 70’s supermodel and fashion icon, Jerry Hall. Her signature look was perfectly bronzed skin and eyes, paired with vinyl red lips and long blonde hair. Her look became synonymous with the 1970’s It Girl.
To achieve this look, I began by making sure Audrina’s skin was well moisturized and primed. I used Murad’s Skin Perfecting lotion mixed with a few drops of Kypris Beauty Elixir II in “Healing Bouquet”, followed by a layer of Glossier’s priming moisturizer.
On her face I used Koh Gen Do Moisture foundation, Nars Creamy Concealer in “Custard”, Urban Decay 8-hour blush in “Indecent”, Charlotte Tilbury’s Norman Parkinson Filmstar Bronze & Glow, and Lorac’s Pro Contour & Highlight Palette.
For Audrina’s eyes I used Lorac’s Gold Unzipped Eyeshadow Palette, Urban Decay’s 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in “Perversion”, Flutter Lash Mink individual lashes, and Too Faced “Better than Sex” mascara. For her brows I used Senna Cosmetics Sketch-A-Brow brow pencil in “Light Taupe”, followed by Powder Brow Color in “Blonde”For her lips:
nars satin lip pencil in “Het Loo”
urban decay lipliner in “naked” and too faced melted lipstick in melted nude.
