My recent trip to Hawaii was a true test for my maternity wardrobe and I’m happy to announce it was a complete success! No one likes lugging around a 100-lb luggage (especially since I’m pregnant!), so I had to pack very strategically to ensure I was not only bringing enough clothes, but also that the items in my luggage would work with my bump AND the Hawaii heat. Needless to say, my suitcase was stuffed with floor-length skirts, maxi dresses, and every flow-y piece I have!

This particular outfit is one of my favorites because I love that the pattern of the skirt compliments my belly! I can easily secure the tie waist band above my bump and the soft material hangs down to create a maxi skirt that is shorter in the front and longer in the back. I paired it with a simple black crop, sun hat, and brown flats because I love the simplicity of it! The skirt is beautiful enough as it is, so I didn’t want too many distracting elements to draw away from it.

This look is perfect for spring and summer and you don’t even need to be pregnant to wear it!  Non-pregnant wearers will have a little more length in the front, but the outcome will be very similar.
