New Year’s Eve is right around the corner, have you picked out your celebratory ensemble? This is the first NYE with Kirra, which will make things a little different than any other New Years we’ve had. But, there is no excuse to skimp out on looking fab while ringing in 2017!
I’ve put together some of my favorite New Year’s Eve pieces — some are fancy, others are a little more casual — but ALL of these will guarantee a stylish New Years, no matter your plans!
Prey Swim has been a long-time passion project for me, and I couldn’t be happier to share what we’ve been working on. The first Resort 2017 collection is currently available at www.preyswim.com, and it is inspired by my love for the beach, exotic travels around the globe, and Southern California, of course!
We recently celebrated with a Moroccan-themed party to kick off the launch! The space was beautifully decorated to complement the collection with Bohemian accents from Witty Rentals and oversized palm leaves and sleek succulents provided by Florist Petals LA! Guests enjoyed specialty Ciroq Mango cocktails, custom desserts by Cake Studio, and wine minis by Electric Sky Wine while listening to music by DJ Lindsay Luv.
If you haven’t already checked out the Prey Swim collection, you’re missing out! All of the suits are reversible and made with high quality fabrics, so they cater to all body types and busts ranging from Size A – DD. I am so happy to present to you the Prey Swim Resort 2017 collection!!
Everyone has been so supportive and patient, and it is finally time to discuss (one of) the most important wedding details: My Dress! This gorgeous dress was custom made by Pallas Couture in Australia — we talked over Skype and created the design a few months in advance, then I met the team in New York for Bridal Fashion Week to try finally try it on and make final alterations!
They did an INCREDIBLE job. The vibe I was going for was Boho Glam — I wanted it to feel beachy but also fancy and romantic, and they completely nailed it! I felt like a princess!
I wanted my shoes to be simple and these strappy nude heels from Grace Loves Lace were the perfect fit.
I was so nervous! But holding Corey’s hand and having Kirra there made the jitters go away.
I wanted everyone to throw rose petals as we walked back up the aisle, and I’m so happy with how the photos turned out!
No bride is complete without her best gals, and I can’t thank these amazing ladies enough for standing by my side through thick and thin! Since the wedding was fairly small, the bridal party was, too — but I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. From left to right, we have my best friend Kendra, sister Casey, sister Samantha, and Sister-in-Law Theani!I’m feeling extra thankful this week, but the wedding would not have gone as smoothly as it did without these 4 incredible women as my support system! Here are some of my favorite Bride/Bridesmaids robes to wear while getting ready for the big day — Stay tuned for décor and dress details coming soon:)
