How To Wear Denim

08 / 17 / 16

I can’t get enough of denim! From blue jeans, to dark wash, and even to destroyed, denim is one of the most versatile fabrics and I’m loving it. If I could, I would wear denim 24/7 — not only is it incredibly comfy, but it also saves me time picking out bottoms — which is why I’ve been experimenting with my denim pieces to see how many ways I can style them!

No matter the type, denim will always be a classic staple in my wardrobe. Here are my 5 favorite ways to wear denim:

These One Piece Swimsuits Are Perfect For Summer

08 / 03 / 16

In my opinion, a one-piece is the most classic of swimsuit styles. Not only are one piece swimsuits a hot trend for this summer, but they also help distract from any unwanted flaws in the midsection, which means us moms can still enjoy the sun without feeling self-concscious.

Although several swim trends have come and gone over the past few decades, there will always be a place for one-pieces in my closet! Finding a cute one piece used to be like finding a needle in a haystack, but now there are enough styles to suit any of your wardrobe needs. Trend of the Week: Summer Rompers

07 / 08 / 16

A romper is the easiest wardrobe piece to throw on, which is why I’m going to be living in them this summer! Rompers include all of the fashion elements we love about dresses, but they also have an extra bit of comfort because we don’t have to worry about the wind exposing our bums. Just try not to frequent the bathroom too often when wearing a romper — all you ladies know what I’m talking about!

Although simple, these wardrobe staples can make me feel sexy, sweet, chic, and beautiful all at the same time. Plus, now that our little girl takes up a lot of our free time, it is nice to have a go-to section in my closet that I know won’t take much thought to style. See below for a list of rompers I’ll be rocking this summer!

What To Wear: Fourth of July

06 / 27 / 16

Local bargain stores are beginning to fill up with patriotic red, white, and blue decorations, which can only mean one thing…. The Fourth of July is coming! This themed holiday is one of my favorites because we get the opportunity to show our American Pride and celebrate the sole reason we are able to live the way we do: Freedom!

It’s no secret that there are no rules when it comes to Fourth of July fashion, but that doesn’t mean we need to dress as if the American flag threw up on us. No matter what your plans are, you have one of two options: 1) You can pull out the Fourth of July outfit you’ve worn for the past three years. OR 2) See below for 4 of my favorite outfit options to make this July 4th the most stylish to date!
