10 Boots To Invest In

01 / 11 / 16

It’s safe to say that I am completely and utterly OBSESSED with boots of all colors, shapes, and sizes. Let’s be honest — No wardrobe is complete without a diverse selection of boots and booties! They are sleek, comfortable, and the most versatile style of shoes.

Whether you need to dress up or down an outfit, you can always turn to your collection of boots and find a pair that fits the occasion. This new year, consider investing your money in a new pair of shoes that will last a few years (if not more!). Check out these 10 pairs of boots that (in my opinion) are absolute must-haves!

Holiday Outfit Inspiration

12 / 08 / 15

It’s no secret that holidays = loads of stress. Not only do you have to break the bank and buy all your loved ones gifts, but you also have to look your absolute best for that annual family get-together.

I am a true believer in the motto “When you look good, you feel good,” which is why finding the perfect holiday outfit is a key element in making the holiday season as special as it should be. Here are some of my favorite dresses and heels that can be mixed, matched, and paired to make adorable holiday outfits!

Staying Neutral

12 / 04 / 15

The outside temperatures are rapidly dropping, which means I can (finally) bring out some of my winter clothes! Although the chilly weather calls for extra outfit preparation, nothing makes me happier than being able to pull my warm coats out of the back of my closet. From puffy jackets, to long coats, and even to fuzzy vests — these babies have been hibernating for far too long!

Personally, I’m OBSESSED with this outfit because it gives off a winter vibe, but it also shows just enough skin to coordinate with LA’s current 60° weather. I purposely paired this adorable vest with a simple top and distressed jeans to make it the main element of the look and added statement shoes to pull out the different shades of brown! It’s simple, chic, and the perfect transition outfit for winter!

If you have yet to take advantage of the Farmer’s Market at The Grove in LA, then you are seriously missing out. Not only does it have the freshest ingredients, but it is also HUGE, which means I can make a day out of browsing through the countless stands, candy counters, and unique eateries! Dressing for a day at the farmer’s market can be tricky, right? You want to look like you’re trying (but not too hard), casual (but chic), and comfortably stylish because nothing is worse than having to pull, adjust, and yank on your clothes all day long.

This particular outfits is one of my FAVES because it mixes two of my favorite styles: girly and grunge! The simple design of the dress puts a modern spin on the LBD (Little Black Dress), and the boots, beanie, and accessories in combination with the dress make for the perfect overlap outfit of summer and winter. Check out the details on this look below:

Your Black Friday Shopping Guide!

11 / 27 / 15

It’s that time of the year again — Black Friday! This infamous day has practically turned into a national holiday, with deal-seekers camping outside of their favorite stores, fashionistas scouring malls for the best deals of the year, and people literally trampling over one another just get one step closer to their must-have products. If you are one of the many people whom sacrificed their Thanksgiving night to hold a place in line, then I give you major props because, let’s be honest, not all of us have the dedication to do that!

Although Black Friday is accompanied with long lines, huge crowds, and messy stores, we can’t deny the incredible deals it presents to those of us who have yet to finish our holiday shopping. And because it’s no secret that our wallets inevitably suffer during this time of year, I try and make the most of each and every deal! Check out some of my favorite Black Friday sales below:
